About Rent Receipt Generator
A receipt tool for landlords and tenants, published by Cornelia Cove LLC.

What the generator does
Rent Receipt Generator turns the details you enter into a downloadable rent receipt PDF. Enter the landlord and tenant names, rental property, amount, payment date, payment method and period covered. The form supports a single payment or a batch of monthly receipts. Review every field before downloading, then obtain any required signature and give the tenant their copy.
The generator formats information you supply. It does not collect rent, confirm a bank transfer, verify identities or decide whether a receipt satisfies a particular law. Use it to document actual payments, and keep the receipt with your payment records.
How receipt generation works
The receipt form builds the PDF in your browser and creates a local download. The generation code uses the entered form data to create a PDF blob; it does not submit those details to a receipt-generation server. Our privacy policy explains the site’s data practices, including its provisions for analytics and advertising. Download a copy you want to retain; this tool is not a receipt-storage service.

Independent information with clear limits
This is an independently published receipt tool, not a government service. Links to statutes and agencies identify the sources of our summaries; they do not imply government endorsement. We publish our own generator alongside a comparison of other receipt tools, so readers should take that publisher interest into account.
Our guides and templates provide general information, not legal advice. The state requirements guide covers selected provisions and cites the official sources. A template does not replace the full rule or advice about your own tenancy. See the editorial policy for our sourcing standards, automation disclosure and review schedule. Our methodology explains how the state summaries are researched and dated, and the sources page lists each statute and official guide we cite.
Report a problem
Send the page URL, the wording you question and an official source, if available, to partners@corneliacove.com. For a tool problem, describe the steps and browser without sending tenant names, addresses or payment details. The editorial policy explains how we check and record corrections.
